Best Western Plus Omaha Airport Inn

The people running this hotel are doing a great job. They are renovating and making it great. Rooms were very clean and nice. Staff at the desk were lovely, even at midnight.

I booked a room through the Park and Fly program for January 24, 2026 at the Best Western Plus near the Omaha airport. The booking allows you to stay the night before your departure, park your vehicle in the lighted parking lot for the duration of your travel, and stay another night upon returning to Omaha. An airport shuttle is provided. This was super convenient for me since my plane didn’t get back until after 9:00 pm and I didn’t want to drive back home at night. The rooms have been recently updated, including TV, microwave, refrigerator and desk. Everything was neat and clean, and the mattress and pillows were new, I believe. A breakfast buffet is provided with hot and cold options. The desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I definitely will stay here again.

I did the park and fly where they drove me to the airport. That worked out pretty well until I came back and I wasn't told where to meet the shuttle and so had to make a couple of phone calls and when I called nobody at the hotel would answer. I ended up calling the 800 number and they were able to reach the hotel and then I was able to reach someone but I wasn't told clearly that I wouldn't need to call for the shuttle or where to meet the shuttle or the name of the shuttle company to identify the van. But it was a nice room and a nice hotel. And I like the option of not having to use airport parking.

The hotel is in a great location and the King sized suite is very roomy. The beds were a little hard. My main problem was we picked this hotel for the hot tub to relax, but in the four times I have been there the hot tub was only working once and this last time the chlorine was so bad it gave me a rash and discolored my bathing suit.

This was a great stay! They are remodeling but kept it very clean, the pool water was great temperature and the bed was super comfortable. Quick and cheap Uber ride to Old Market. Reddy at the front desk is the best! He was kind, helpful and made our stay very enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again.

Great breakfast selection everyday. Clean, quiet! Close to Airport, 5 minutes at most, do have a shuttle. Perkins restaurant and large gas station, Casino 2 minutes. Stayed twice on family run, will return.

Close to chi health center arena and downtown Omaha and eppley airfield. Restaurant and gas station right across the street. Service was good, continental breakfast provided, fairly priced.

I recently stayed at a Best Western Plus and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, professional, and comfortable. Service: The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. They made the check-in process quick and easy, and were always available to answer questions or offer local recommendations. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and well-stocked each day. Room: The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The bed was very comfortable, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
